TERMS OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN

As HANTHIS, we value customer satisfaction and respect consumer rights. In case of any problem, dissatisfaction, and bad experience about the products that you have purchased, we receive your requests, evaluate our options, and resolve your problems as soon as possible.

The process of the products to be return are mentioned below. If any of the following conditions are not provided, a return request will not be accepted.

 a. If the Product(s) to be returned are used or damaged, your return request cannot be met.

 b. The return request must be made within 14 days.

 c. The product must have been delivered to us solidly and undamaged with its standard accessories, as received.

 

2. THE INVOICE AND THE DELIVERY NOTE OF PRODUCT

a. The invoice and the delivery note of the product must be sent for the return process.

SHIPPING TERMS

a. If the returned products are returned because they were defective, the shipping fee will be covered by HANTHIS as long as it is sent with our preferred cargo firm.

b. In case we receive the delivery of the products within the above-mentioned conditions, the refund will be processed on the first working day after the product reaches us. The refunded amount will be transferred to your bank account belongs to the relevant bank. Refunds made to credit and debit cards are generally completed in 7 days, but keep in mind that it might take longer due to your bank’s practice.

SHIPPING PROCESS OF PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED

The product to be returned can be sent to our address via one of the shipping firms. The fee of the return shipment of defective products will be covered by us as long as it is sent by our preferred shipping firm. If the customer has used the right of withdrawal of products, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

General return conditions are mentioned bellow.

  1. If the returned products do not arrive in the original box or packaging, customer’s return requests will not be accepted.

  1. In case the returned products are arrived in the original box or packaging but the original box or packaging has been damaged, or the Product has lost its re-salability and cannot be bought by another customer, the return requests will not be not accepted.

  1. Along with the Product that you want to return, the invoice and the delivery note must also be sent to us. You can fill out a form on our website for specify the reason for your return.

  1. If the returned products are defective, the shipping fee will be covered by us, but you must send it with preferred shipping firms. If products are sent by non-contracted shipping firms, the shipping cost will belong to you.

CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

Orders which are wrongly given or given up can be cancelled.

In cancellations.

  • If the product is not shipped,             the entire fee will be returned to you by the method you performed.
  • If the product is shipped, shipping fee or costs will be deducted and the rest will be returned to you by the method you performed.
